CVE-2022-41940 | 2 Redhat, Socket | 2 Jboss Fuse, Engine.io | 2025-04-22 | 7.1 High |
Engine.IO is the implementation of transport-based cross-browser/cross-device bi-directional communication layer for Socket.IO. A specially crafted HTTP request can trigger an uncaught exception on the Engine.IO server, thus killing the Node.js process. This impacts all the users of the engine.io package, including those who uses depending packages like socket.io. There is no known workaround except upgrading to a safe version. There are patches for this issue released in versions 3.6.1 and 6.2.1.
CVE-2022-41881 | 3 Debian, Netty, Redhat | 14 Debian Linux, Netty, Camel Quarkus and 11 more | 2025-04-22 | 5.3 Medium |
Netty project is an event-driven asynchronous network application framework. In versions prior to 4.1.86.Final, a StackOverflowError can be raised when parsing a malformed crafted message due to an infinite recursion. This issue is patched in version 4.1.86.Final. There is no workaround, except using a custom HaProxyMessageDecoder.
CVE-2022-46364 | 2 Apache, Redhat | 10 Cxf, Camel Spring Boot, Jboss Enterprise Application Platform and 7 more | 2025-04-22 | 9.8 Critical |
A SSRF vulnerability in parsing the href attribute of XOP:Include in MTOM requests in versions of Apache CXF before 3.5.5 and 3.4.10 allows an attacker to perform SSRF style attacks on webservices that take at least one parameter of any type.
CVE-2022-46363 | 2 Apache, Redhat | 9 Cxf, Camel K, Camel Spring Boot and 6 more | 2025-04-22 | 7.5 High |
A vulnerability in Apache CXF before versions 3.5.5 and 3.4.10 allows an attacker to perform a remote directory listing or code exfiltration. The vulnerability only applies when the CXFServlet is configured with both the static-resources-list and redirect-query-check attributes. These attributes are not supposed to be used together, and so the vulnerability can only arise if the CXF service is misconfigured.
CVE-2021-22569 | 3 Google, Oracle, Redhat | 14 Google-protobuf, Protobuf-java, Protobuf-kotlin and 11 more | 2025-04-21 | 7.5 High |
An issue in protobuf-java allowed the interleaving of com.google.protobuf.UnknownFieldSet fields in such a way that would be processed out of order. A small malicious payload can occupy the parser for several minutes by creating large numbers of short-lived objects that cause frequent, repeated pauses. We recommend upgrading libraries beyond the vulnerable versions.
CVE-2021-22573 | 2 Google, Redhat | 3 Oauth Client Library For Java, Camel Spring Boot, Jboss Fuse | 2025-04-21 | 8.7 High |
The vulnerability is that IDToken verifier does not verify if token is properly signed. Signature verification makes sure that the token's payload comes from valid provider, not from someone else. An attacker can provide a compromised token with custom payload. The token will pass the validation on the client side. We recommend upgrading to version 1.33.3 or above
CVE-2022-41853 | 3 Debian, Hsqldb, Redhat | 8 Debian Linux, Hypersql Database, Camel Spring Boot and 5 more | 2025-04-21 | 8 High |
Those using java.sql.Statement or java.sql.PreparedStatement in hsqldb (HyperSQL DataBase) to process untrusted input may be vulnerable to a remote code execution attack. By default it is allowed to call any static method of any Java class in the classpath resulting in code execution. The issue can be prevented by updating to 2.7.1 or by setting the system property "hsqldb.method_class_names" to classes which are allowed to be called. For example, System.setProperty("hsqldb.method_class_names", "abc") or Java argument -Dhsqldb.method_class_names="abc" can be used. From version 2.7.1 all classes by default are not accessible except those in java.lang.Math and need to be manually enabled.

CVE-2016-6812 | 2 Apache, Redhat | 3 Cxf, Jboss Amq, Jboss Fuse | 2025-04-20 | N/A |
The HTTP transport module in Apache CXF prior to 3.0.12 and 3.1.x prior to 3.1.9 uses FormattedServiceListWriter to provide an HTML page which lists the names and absolute URL addresses of the available service endpoints. The module calculates the base URL using the current HttpServletRequest. The calculated base URL is used by FormattedServiceListWriter to build the service endpoint absolute URLs. If the unexpected matrix parameters have been injected into the request URL then these matrix parameters will find their way back to the client in the services list page which represents an XSS risk to the client.
CVE-2017-5643 | 2 Apache, Redhat | 3 Camel, Jboss Amq, Jboss Fuse | 2025-04-20 | N/A |
Apache Camel's Validation Component is vulnerable against SSRF via remote DTDs and XXE.
CVE-2017-3159 | 2 Apache, Redhat | 3 Camel, Jboss Amq, Jboss Fuse | 2025-04-20 | N/A |

CVE-2016-9879 | 3 Ibm, Redhat, Vmware | 4 Websphere Application Server, Jboss Amq, Jboss Fuse and 1 more | 2025-04-20 | N/A |
An issue was discovered in Pivotal Spring Security before 3.2.10, 4.1.x before 4.1.4, and 4.2.x before 4.2.1. Spring Security does not consider URL path parameters when processing security constraints. By adding a URL path parameter with an encoded "/" to a request, an attacker may be able to bypass a security constraint. The root cause of this issue is a lack of clarity regarding the handling of path parameters in the Servlet Specification. Some Servlet containers include path parameters in the value returned for getPathInfo() and some do not. Spring Security uses the value returned by getPathInfo() as part of the process of mapping requests to security constraints. The unexpected presence of path parameters can cause a constraint to be bypassed. Users of Apache Tomcat (all current versions) are not affected by this vulnerability since Tomcat follows the guidance previously provided by the Servlet Expert group and strips path parameters from the value returned by getContextPath(), getServletPath(), and getPathInfo(). Users of other Servlet containers based on Apache Tomcat may or may not be affected depending on whether or not the handling of path parameters has been modified. Users of IBM WebSphere Application Server 8.5.x are known to be affected. Users of other containers that implement the Servlet specification may be affected. |
