CVE-2025-4162 | 2025-05-02 | 7.3 High
A vulnerability classified as critical was found in PCMan FTP Server up to 2.0.7. This vulnerability affects unknown code of the component ASCII Command Handler. The manipulation leads to buffer overflow. The attack can be initiated remotely. The exploit has been disclosed to the public and may be used.
CVE-2023-3576 | 3 Fedoraproject, Libtiff, Redhat | 3 Fedora, Libtiff, Enterprise Linux | 2025-05-01 | 5.5 Medium |
A memory leak flaw was found in Libtiff's tiffcrop utility. This issue occurs when tiffcrop operates on a TIFF image file, allowing an attacker to pass a crafted TIFF image file to tiffcrop utility, which causes this memory leak issue, resulting an application crash, eventually leading to a denial of service.
CVE-2024-3865 | 1 Mozilla | 1 Firefox | 2025-05-01 | 8.1 High |
Memory safety bugs present in Firefox 124. Some of these bugs showed evidence of memory corruption and we presume that with enough effort some of these could have been exploited to run arbitrary code. This vulnerability affects Firefox < 125.
CVE-2008-0888 | 5 Apple, Canonical, Debian and 2 more | 5 Mac Os X, Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux and 2 more | 2025-05-01 | N/A |
The NEEDBITS macro in the inflate_dynamic function in inflate.c for unzip can be invoked using invalid buffers, which allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service (crash) and possibly execute arbitrary code via unknown vectors that trigger a free of uninitialized or previously-freed data.
CVE-2022-41211 | 1 Sap | 2 3d Visual Enterprise Author, 3d Visual Enterprise Viewer | 2025-05-01 | 7 High |
Due to lack of proper memory management, when a victim opens manipulated file received from untrusted sources in SAP 3D Visual Enterprise Author and SAP 3D Visual Enterprise Viewer, Arbitrary Code Execution can be triggered when payload forces:Re-use of dangling pointer which refers to overwritten space in memory. The accessed memory must be filled with code to execute the attack. Therefore, repeated success is unlikely.Stack-based buffer overflow. Since the memory overwritten is random, based on access rights of the memory, repeated success is not assured.
CVE-2024-4081 | 1 Ni | 1 Labview | 2025-05-01 | 7.8 High |
A memory corruption issue due to an improper length check in NI LabVIEW may disclose information or result in arbitrary code execution. Successful exploitation requires an attacker to provide a user with a specially crafted VI. This vulnerability affects NI LabVIEW 2024 Q1 and prior versions.
CVE-2024-4080 | 1 Ni | 1 Labview | 2025-05-01 | 7.8 High |
A memory corruption issue due to an improper length check in LabVIEW tdcore.dll may disclose information or result in arbitrary code execution. Successful exploitation requires an attacker to provide a user with a specially crafted VI. This vulnerability affects LabVIEW 2024 Q1 and prior versions.
CVE-2024-6236 | 2025-05-01 | N/A
Denial of Service in NetScaler Console (formerly NetScaler ADM), NetScaler Agent, and NetScaler SDX
CVE-2013-2094 | 2 Linux, Redhat | 4 Linux Kernel, Enterprise Linux, Enterprise Mrg and 1 more | 2025-05-01 | 8.4 High |
The perf_swevent_init function in kernel/events/core.c in the Linux kernel before 3.8.9 uses an incorrect integer data type, which allows local users to gain privileges via a crafted perf_event_open system call.
CVE-2013-2597 | 1 Codeaurora | 1 Android-msm | 2025-05-01 | 8.4 High |
Stack-based buffer overflow in the acdb_ioctl function in audio_acdb.c in the acdb audio driver for the Linux kernel 2.6.x and 3.x, as used in Qualcomm Innovation Center (QuIC) Android contributions for MSM devices and other products, allows attackers to gain privileges via an application that leverages /dev/msm_acdb access and provides a large size value in an ioctl argument.
CVE-2023-38545 | 5 Fedoraproject, Haxx, Microsoft and 2 more | 19 Fedora, Libcurl, Windows 10 1809 and 16 more | 2025-05-01 | 8.8 High |
This flaw makes curl overflow a heap based buffer in the SOCKS5 proxy handshake. When curl is asked to pass along the host name to the SOCKS5 proxy to allow that to resolve the address instead of it getting done by curl itself, the maximum length that host name can be is 255 bytes. If the host name is detected to be longer, curl switches to local name resolving and instead passes on the resolved address only. Due to this bug, the local variable that means "let the host resolve the name" could get the wrong value during a slow SOCKS5 handshake, and contrary to the intention, copy the too long host name to the target buffer instead of copying just the resolved address there. The target buffer being a heap based buffer, and the host name coming from the URL that curl has been told to operate with.
CVE-2020-8277 | 5 C-ares Project, Fedoraproject, Nodejs and 2 more | 10 C-ares, Fedora, Node.js and 7 more | 2025-04-30 | 7.5 High |
A Node.js application that allows an attacker to trigger a DNS request for a host of their choice could trigger a Denial of Service in versions < 15.2.1, < 14.15.1, and < 12.19.1 by getting the application to resolve a DNS record with a larger number of responses. This is fixed in 15.2.1, 14.15.1, and 12.19.1.
CVE-2022-24938 | 1 Silabs | 1 Emberznet | 2025-04-30 | 6.5 Medium |
A malformed packet causes a stack overflow in the Ember ZNet stack. This causes an assert which leads to a reset, immediately clearing the error.
CVE-2022-24937 | 1 Silabs | 1 Emberznet | 2025-04-30 | 6.5 Medium |
Improper Restriction of Operations within the Bounds of a Memory Buffer vulnerability in Silicon Labs Ember ZNet allows Overflow Buffers.
